Flyer for CDN x AMSA Virtual Scavenger Hunt

The CWRU College Diabetes Network and American Medical Student Association invite you to learn about our organizations and increase your diabetes knowledge. Fill out as many questions as you can on our google form (https://forms.gle/JdnXveVCLZiFU8oR9) and submit it anytime before Monday, April 19 at 12 pm EST to qualify for prizes!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (most correct answers) can choose one of the following:
- $50 Amazon gift card
- Mini projector
- Polaroid camera
- Weighted blanket
- Myabetic mini crossbody bag (https://www.myabetic.com/collections/diabetes-handbags/products/tina-diabetes-mini-crossbody?variant=2544137437210)

Everyone that participates will be entered to win a $30 Amazon gift card (not top 3 winners):
- 5 correct answers = 1 raffle tickets
- 10 correct answers = 2 raffle tickets
- 15 correct answer = 3 raffle tickets

All on-campus participants with at least 5 correct answers can receive a CDN swag bag (phone case, sticker, pen, pin, wrist band), and those with 10 correct answers can get a CDN shirt as well!
