Matt Gesicki of NAMI Greater Cleveland will be presenting on mental illness. Topics include common mental health conditions, misconceptions about mental illness, addressing stigma, personal self-care, and communication strategies for friends and family. Bubble tea will be provided for all those that register for the event beforehand. Please inform us of any allergies as well.
