HAC is hosting its first ever Mock Mehendi flagship event on Weds, October 4 from 7-9pm in Thwing Ballroom!! It will be hosted as an event in which students can experience and celebrate South Asian culture by taking part in a traditional pre-wedding celebration centered around application of henna/mehendi on the bride.

The Mock Mehendi will feature henna stations, raffle prizes ($1/raffle ticket), live dance performances (ft. Case CobRaas, Naadam, CWRU Nritya), and live Bollywood music. Indian food will be catered by Bombay Chaat and extra credit will be offered for students in Math 121. We will, also, have an open dance floor at the end of the night and encourage friend groups to perform! If interested, please email Asiya (axz403) for more details.

Registration is $3/person and entry will only be offered to those who have registered via CampusGroups and venmo'd @cwruhenna with their name and case ID. All donations will go towards emergency funds for victims in Libya.

Make sure to come decked out in your finest Indian clothing (kurtas, lehengas, etc.) and prepare for a night of Bollywood bangers!
