at an unexpected flavor. This workshop, Wine and Cheese for New Professionals, is designed for people who
find themselves at a loss for how to hold a glass, how to pick a wine, or is lost with the endless variety of cheeses. You'll learn about the 9 categories of wine and 5 categories
of cheese, how to confidently tell the difference, and even how to pair flavors.
