To celebrate the fall season, Ensemble will be hosting another cooking event! This time, we will making croque-monsieurs- a delectable grilled ham and parmesan sandwich topped with homemade béchamel sauce (with a fried egg on top for a croque-madame!) Come learn the recipe, try this delicious French dish for yourself, and bond with other members.
