We will be making the traditional Vietnamese Spring Rolls (gỏi cuốn). These rolls can be customized with a variety of fresh vegetables, herbs, and vermicelli brought together in a rice paper wrapper. Spring rolls are gluten-free, and we will be offering vegan/vegetarian options. *Note that there will be a peanut dipping sauce.* This healthy and refreshing dish is easy to make and share with others!
