This program explores the skills and mindsets that allow people to navigate conflict constructively. In the first half, VP Solomon will discuss the nature of conflict, why it happens, how people typically respond, and ways we can learn from it and each other. In this session we will also discuss why participants should care about conflict resolution skills and how these tools can enhance leadership, teamwork, and community belonging.

After the presentation, participants will join small breakout groups for a moderated discussion to connect these ideas to their own experiences.
