Journey Through The Mind: Student Wellness Fair

Join University Health & Counseling Services for their annual mental health and wellness fair. This event gives students time to familiarize themselves with important mental health topics as well as different resources and support systems that they can utilize. As students cruise through the wellness fair, they will take a journey through "the mind" exploring themes of self-care, self-perception, emotionality, and so much more. Students can check-In to receive a stamp card and then proceed around the circle. At every booth you stop at, you will get a new stamp added to your stamp card until you've gone all the way around the circle. Once you've explored all the booths, make your way to the check-out table to get your snack voucher and raffle tickets. From there, continue hanging out, grab some snacks, and enter the raffles.
This event is for a wellness break for you, so feel free to stop by and enjoy all it has to offer!!
