Building upon the foundation of Diversity 360, the Change Agent workshops will provide opportunities to learn about current research, explore case studies, and develop tools and skills related to privilege, bias, micro-messaging, and empathy. These workshops will empower the campus community to counter exclusionary ideas and behaviors in order to promote our mission of creating a more inclusive campus environment.
