Volunteers are needed to help make a difference at our Cleveland Botanical Garden's Green Corps Learning Farms. These urban farms not only offer their communities access to fresh fruits and vegetables, they also teach high school youth valuable skills. Volunteers are needed to help harvest crops and assist with farm maintenance. This event is sponsored by the Office of Local Government and Community Relations as part of CWRU Community Week.

CWRU Community Week is a week-long celebration aimed at making stronger connections between the CWRU and residents from the surrounding neighborhoods. CWRU students, faculty, and staff will get to know their community neighbors through daily volunteer service projects hosted by local community-based non-profits. This year, Community Week will culminate on Saturday, October 5th with a Campus and Community Play Date—a community festival held at East Bell Commons featuring performances by local bands, an art show, free food, games, and more.
