ASCE Construction Site Tour: CWRU ISEB

Join ASCE for a site tour of the CWRU ISEB project! This ~$300M project will provide a variety of wet and dry labs to support interdisciplinary science and engineering research at CWRU. On this site tour, you will likely see the beginnings of the structural steel erection process.

Event notes:
- Registration closes on Monday before the site tour.
- We will be meeting in front of Tomlinson on the Case Quad promptly at 12:45. From there, Abby will walk the group to the Discovery Builders JV trailer. Parking is not available at the project site, so please arrive on foot.
- Please note: events of this nature have the potential to run over time, so keep that in mind when registering. It will be very difficult for you to leave early in the middle of the event due to safety procedures.
- You must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the event.
- PPE is required. You must wear a high-visibility safety vest, ANSI Type II hard hat with a four-point chinstrap, impact-rated eye protection, cut level 4 gloves, long sleeves and long pants, and a sturdy pair of shoes (steel toe strongly preferred). Any PPE items you don't have will be provided by DBJV, except for boots.
- By registering and attending the event, you agree to hold harmless CWRU and Discovery Builders (Turner-Next Generation-AKA-Maldonado) for any injuries or losses you sustain as part of your willing participation in the event. You will sign a waiver upon arriving at the event.
