CWRU's Chapter of Beta Theta Pi is sponsoring a community-wide discussion on unconventional career paths and the downsides to streamlined thinking. We are having Jose Nazario (CWRU Class of 2017) come and lead a discussion with members of our campus on how he has successfully made a career out of doing what interests him and not holding back. The seminar aims for attendees to rethink what is possible with their careers and gain useful knowledge in how to define their own path.
Jose is a PhD candidate for Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tennessee, a Technology Instructor at Pellissippi State Community College, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from CWRU.

Beta Theta Pi holds cultivation of the intellect as one of its five core values and sees this seminar as a way to benefit the greater community with something that is important to them. The organization is very thankful for Jose's time and looks forward for anyone who is interested to come sign-on to the seminar. It is held on 1/17 at 5pm and further information is on the organization's website

Stay tuned for another seminar on 1/22 about promoting wellness and healthy sleep habits. Further details are to come.
