Details
Service Information: Volunteers will assist adults with high school coursework as they work towards completing their GED. High school level math tutoring skills are particularly beneficial, and the organization is also in need of Spanish-speaking volunteers.
Time Commitment: This site requires a weekly commitment for one semester and takes place on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, which includes transportation time. Transportation is provided and the activity is led by a CCEL Student Leader. Registered students will volunteer every Tuesday from September 8 through December 1; no tutoring on Oct. 20.
Pre-Service Requirement: New volunteers are required to attend or review a mandatory 2 hour virtual training; date and time TBD.
