Details

Site Description: Cleveland Cultural Gardens organization is over 100 years old- it consists to date of over 36 various cultural gardens on land that is over 164 acres of land that was donated by Rockefeller to the city of Cleveland in 1916. Each cultural community is responsible for caring for the beautiful grounds, statues and gardens. They rely on volunteers to beautify the historical Gardens.

Service Description:  Volunteers are needed to rake and spruce up the gardens in preparation for winter, remove trash and debris, and plant bulbs for spring.

When/Where: Registered volunteers will meet at the CCEL office (TVUC #165) at 9:45 am. and return to campus by 1:15 pm. Volunteers will travel together to the site as arranged by your group leader. (Site location: 1004 Martin Luther King Dr., Cleveland)
