Details

Site Information: The Church of the Covenant, nestled into CWRU's campus, provides a spiritual home for many students, faculty, and staff. Their building is over 100 years old and provides many resources for the community. CWRU volunteers assist with the church's free community meal at the end of each month as well as regular tutoring on Saturday mornings.

Service Information: Volunteers are needed organize the kitchen pantry and deep clean the kitchen. Volunteers are also needed to work outdoors - spreading mulch, planting trees and bulbs for spring.

Time and Location: Registered volunteers will meet at the CCEL office at 12:15 p.m. and finish volunteering by 2:30 p.m. Volunteers will travel together to the site with a CCEL Student Leader.

Wait List/Cancelations: If registration is full, please join the wait list as you will receive an email update if a spot becomes available. If you are still on the wait list at the time of the event, you are welcome to stop by CCEL at that time to see if any last-minute spots open.
If you sign up for this activity, please do everything you can to honor your commitment. If you are no longer able to attend, please inform CCEL 48 hours or more before the start time by emailing serves@case.edu. Not doing so may impact your ability to participate in future CCEL Serves programs.
