On Campus Blood Drive

The American Red Cross will be on campus collecting blood donations on Wednesday, October 17, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Wade Pioneer Room.

Approximately 900 pints of blood are needed daily to meet the needs of Northeast Ohio hospitals and medical institutions and each pint of blood can save up to three lives. Donors are encouraged to make an appointment online, but walk-ins are welcome.

Donors can save lives in less time by taking advantage of the RapidPass system to complete their health history online before they donate. RapidPass must be completed on the day of donation and does not replace making an appointment.

CWRU EMS will sponsor the blood drive.
