Remember that your group needs to have the minimum $500 in funds (mass funding, automatic allocation, group funds, etc.) to obtain a card.
Determine who will be the cardholder. Only the cardholder can submit an application. The card should stay in their hands at all times, so make sure that the person will be able to be flexible to do all your purchase. Please make sure you read the application thoroughly to ensure you can fulfill the responsibilities.
Groups can also look up their AGY speedtype number here if they do not know it.
The initial deadline for student org leaders to apply for a card is Monday, September 15, 2025
Submitters can check their submission statuses (draft, pending, approved, etc) by logging into CampusGroups and clicking on "My Surveys/Forms" or by visiting community.case.edu/
Please note that the cards are delivered to Campus Services - Travel. Once cards arrive a notice to the cardholder will be sent out by Pat Hannah and the cards can then be picked up from the Auxiliary Services Office located in Thwing Center by going through FedEx and up the stairs.
