It’s spring at CWRU and you know what that means: Hudson Relays season is here!! What started back in 1910 as a run marking the university’s move from Hudson, Ohio to University Circle has turned into our oldest (and arguably most iconic) campus tradition. Today, the Hudson Relays are all about celebrating class pride and school spirit, and the shared history that connects generations of CWRU students and alumni.

With that being said, we are so excited to announce Hudson Relays 2026, taking place April 25, 2026, with the race beginning at Western Reserve Academy! This year’s event will be especially meaningful as part of CWRU’s Bicentennial Celebration, honoring 200 years of tradition, community, and excellence. We are also excited to announce that this year we will be hosting a livestream watch party at Strosacker Auditorium starting at 9:30am with food and drinks for all!
