CWRU China-U.S. Summit 2019

Founded in 2017, the CWRU China-U.S. Summit (or CWRU China-U.S. Medical Summit) is one of the most influential student-organized Sino-U.S. conferences in the United States. CWRU Summit 2019 will generate constructive dialogues among students, leading entrepreneurs, medical professionals, policy makers, and experts from both countries.

This year's summit will consist of five panels:
China-U.S. Relations
Entrepreneurship
Medical Innovation
Technology & Innovation
Art & Culture

All panels will be held in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom. Admission to this event is free for all students. Non-students must purchase tickets to attend. VIP tickets also will be available and will provide access to the dinner with summit speakers, which will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Thwing ballroom.

1:30 to 2 p.m.—Check-in
2 to 2:40 p.m.—Keynote Address
2:45 to 3:30 p.m.—China-U.S. Relations Panel (all zones combined)
3:35 to 4:20 p.m.—Entrepreneurship Panel (Zone A & Zone B)
3:35 to 4:20 p.m.—Medical Innovation Panel I (Zone C)
4:20 to 4:50 p.m.—Break & Networking Sessions
4:55 to 5:40 p.m.—Technology & Innovation Panel (Zone A & Zone B)
4:55 to 5:40 p.m.—Medical Innovation Panel II (Zone C)
5:50 to 6:20 p.m.—Art & Culture Panel (all zones combined)
6:20 to 6:30 p.m.—Closing Speech
