Details

In this event co-sponsored by the Office of Faculty Advancement and Postdoctoral Affairs and the CWRU Postdoc Association, we invite postdocs and other senior trainees to come learn about funding opportunities for trainees at the National Institutes of Health and the overall NIH grant cycle process from program officer Dr. Lauren Ullrich. We will also have a panel consisting of recent awardees of the NIH Pathway to Independence K99/R00 Award, and study section reviewers will discuss what makes a compelling and competitive proposal.

The panel will consist of K99/R00 award recipients Dr. Ana Hernandez-Reynoso and Dr. Leah Gates, as well as K99/R00 reviewer Dr. Danny Manor.
