Whether you're a yoga master or you've never taken a class in your life, come on out and stretch with the postdocs! Yoga improves mindfulness, breathing, back pain, energy, balance, flexibility, stress, and heart health.
Multipurpose room at the Veale Gym
5:30 - 6:15pm
* Mats provided. Drink lots of water that day and after the session. Bring a water bottle, socks, and a comfortable outfit for stretching.
