Anyone interested in attending, register here for a spot on the trip. The signups will remain open for entries until 3/29 at 11:59pm. Students will be selected to go shortly after and those not selected will be added to a waitlist. The price of this trip is $25, and $20 for drivers. Students selected off of the waitlist who receive spots will have 48 hours to accept and pay before their spot will be offered to someone else from the waiting list. No refunds will be given to students who cancel.
We are aiming to bring 12 people on this trip (3 cars with about 4 people in each). Anyone who has a car and is willing to drive will have the $5 off the cost of the trip and be reimbursed for gas. If you are able to drive, please consider signing up as a driver (below)! In the past, we've had to limit the number of students we bring on trips based on drivers, and we are hoping to make this trip accessible to as many students as possible.
We will be leaving Saturday (4/11) morning and driving about 2 hours. We will be hiking about 5 miles on Saturday and 4 miles on Sunday with a total elevation gain of about 800ft. Saturday night will be spent at a campsite with nearby facilities. We will return to campus Sunday (4/12) afternoon. This trip is open to any experience level and we will provide any gear you do not have.
