Details

The Humanities Pathway at the School of Medicine invites the CWRU community for a poetry reading with poet Kate Daniels. Kate Daniels is an accomplished author, poet and academician. She chairs the department of English at Vanderbilt University, holds an endowed chair, and has won many distinguished awards for her work. 'Three Syllables Describing Addiction' and 'In the Months of My Son's Recovery' are two volumes of her work in which she writes about her experience with her son's addictive disorder. This will be the subject of her readings and the discussion following at this event.
