Engineering co-op is a full-time, two-semester-long, paid work experience. While co-ops typically require you to remain in school for a fifth year, the opportunity accelerates intellectual, personal, and professional development through meaningful work in a position relevant to your field of study. Co-op also gives you a head start on your job search since many companies hire their co-op students in full-time positions after graduation.
