Learn more about the Sustained Dialogue model, which teaches how to "listen deeply enough to be changed by what you hear," in this quick intro to the process led by Rhonda Fitzgerald, Managing Director of the Sustained Dialogue Campus Network. The Sustained Dialogue Institute, based on the international relations work of Dr. Harold Saunders, works at over 50 campuses, including Case Western Reserve University, in U.S. workplaces, and around the globe toward a culture of dialogue that enables all people to relate more strongly toward effective decision-making, democratic governance, and peace.
