The Nutrition department pre-major advisor (Dr. Kristyen Tomcik) will provide a brief intro to the event before breaking the group of students out into 3 stations: (1) General Major and Dietetics Program Overview w/ Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics Dr. James Swain, PhD RDN LD FAND (2) A cooking demonstration with Lindsay Malone, MS RD LD, (3) Sports Nutrition/Hydration demonstration with Katie Nabors, MFA MS RD LD. Students will spend ~15 min per station before rotating to another with time for questions at the end
