About Us
The Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) exists to provide resources and a forum for students interested in family medicine and all its relevant topics, as well as to educate the wider medical community on family medicine's role and contributions. Family medicine's broad and comprehensive scope enables physicians to provide holistic, patient-centered care with a variety of tools, whether in the primary care setting, ER, OBGYN, integrative medicine, in advocacy, in the community, or overseas.
