Come out and visit the University Farm to spend an evening with the Farm Food Program team and see firsthand how our Oyster Mushrooms are grown!

You will learn about the the fungi life cycle, explore ideal environmental conditions for growth and best practices for harvesting, and even get your hands dirty preparing your own take-home mushroom grow kit!
