Hey, gardeners and tomato lovers! Want to enjoy your garden's bounty long after the harvest season? Water Bath Canning is an easy way to save your tomatoes. Join us for a cooking demo at the University Farm's Pink Pig where our Introduction to Water Bath Canning workshop will teach you the safe method of canning at home and the science behind it. Participants will leave with the confidence to "can" as well as a can of University Farm-grown tomatoes.
