Learn how to create your own homemade jam in just a few easy steps!
Join the University Farm team in the CWRU Teaching Kitchen to learn how we preserve our delicious locally-grown fruits to be enjoyed all winter long. 
Participants will take home an 8OZ jar of their own specialty jam.

Fruit options that will be available from the Farm:
-Grapes
-Crab Apples
-Black Currants
Participants are also welcome to bring their own fresh fruit!

Feeling SPICY?! 🔥
We will also be featuring some specialty Hot Peppers that we grew this summer!
-Scotch Bonnet (100,000-350,000 Scoville Units) 🌶️🌶️🌶️
-Habanero (100,000-350,000 Scoville Units) 🌶️🌶️🌶️
-Serrano (10,000-25,000 Scoville Units) 🌶️🌶️
-Jalapeno (2,500-8,000 Scoville Units) 🌶️
