Participants who complete all six sessions and a one-on-one financial counseling session may qualify for a variety of down payment assistance programs, including:

$20,000.00 First National Bank grant: $15,000.00 toward down payment & $5,000.00 toward closing costs (eligible areas)

$20,000.00 builder interest rate buy-down (New Construction in Circle East District)
