The Graduate Student Council is hosting a Chinese Cooking Class Series of 6 classes exploring food in different regions of China. The fourth class will be on Big Plate Chicken from Western China. It will be on Saturday April 17th 4:30-6:30pm. Recipe is attached, please purchase ingredients ahead of time. To encourage socializing amongst participants over the zoom call, we will give $20 in gift cards for participants who keep the video on during zoom (>90% of the class), to help offset grocery cost. Please cancel if you cannot make it to the class, as the spaces are limited. Thank you!
