Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This training is in two parts, an independent portion lasting approximately 2 hours and a 5 and a 1/2 hour live virtual session. This 6 1Ôüä2 hour training gives adults the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care. All CWRU students, staff, and faculty are welcome!
