CWRU IEEE Navy Nuclear Engineering Fall Sparktalk

Officer Acken joined the U.S. Navy on July 23rd, 2013. He attended the Navy's Nuclear Power Training Pipeline, including training in electricity and digital electronics,
reactor principles, radiological controls, and reactor plant theory and operations. He left the Nuclear Pipeline for CVN-72 in the USS Abraham Lincoln. He led his electrical watch team as a Load Dispatcher with reliability and precision in support of all ship operations and training drills.
