IHRS's Mission

Competence – We are committed to developing specialized knowledge, skill, thoroughness, and processes reasonably necessary for the preparation and maintenance of the University's immigration processes. Our team is committed to attracting and retaining competent talent, while developing and keeping abreast of best practices and changes in the travel/immigration field to better serve our constituents.

Compliance – We are committed to staying abreast of best practices and changes in the ethics and compliance fields in order to promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and demonstrates commitment to integrity and compliance with the law and company policies.

Care – We define this as eagerness to help others, attention to detail, consistency, willing to take ownership of issues and deep and genuine care for the populations we serve, as well as those we work amongst.
