OISRE Airport Pick Up Shuttle Registration - Spring 2026

Welcome to Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University!

The Office of International Student Resources & Engagement (OISRE) is delighted to offer airport pickup services to all new incoming students for the Spring 2026 semester. 

This registration will secure your airport pickup. Please note that pickups are available only on January 7, 2026, from 10 am to 3 pm EST so It’s important to ensure your arrival flights align with these dates and times; otherwise, you'll need to arrange your own transportation. The deadline to secure your pickup is Monday, December 22. Additional pickup details will be sent to your CWRU email, so please check it regularly.

Our service will take you from the airport to the CWRU campus. Once on campus, you'll be dropped off at Wade Commons near the North Residential Village.

Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be greeted by staff from OISRE, along with other CWRU staff and student volunteers. 

Important:

Please note that the cost of the airport pickup service is non-refundable. Also, please remember that if you are traveling with someone, they will need to complete their own airport pick up registration.
