Funding provided by University Administration proved to be extremely valuable in securing new, high-quality content over the summer. To ensure optimal use of the funding and to reach the widest audience, library staff implemented a thoughtful and strategic approach in prioritizing purchases, including gathering feedback from faculty, staff, and students and analyzing turnaway data to identify unmet needs in the collection. The most impactful example is the Taylor & Francis all journals package, that provides access to over 2,000 new journal titles.

KSL maintains an Instruction Hub, a growing resource dedicated to enhancing student understanding of how to approach, evaluate, incorporate, and share research. Faculty can directly embed Canvas content on a variety of subjects, from how to access databases and how to check out a book, to more in-depth instruction on digital tools and primary sources via Special Collections. If you would like to suggest new content or schedule an instruction session with a librarian or digital scholarship partner, please fill out the Instruction Form. If you have further questions, contact your liaison librarian or KSLinstruction@case.edu.

Supplement your teaching with physical Course Reserves such as books, DVDs/Blu-ray discs, and CDs.
