Intro to ArcGIS

Whatever your area of interest, GIS can be for you. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) enables everyone to transform data into maps and enhance your research via geospatial methods. This workshop is designed to introduce the basic principle of GIS and its supporting software so that everyone can start integrating GIS into their own academic and professional pursuits. This workshop will feature ArcGIS Pro. Participants who want to follow along can download and install ArcGIS Pro from softwarecenter.case.edu on a Windows laptop in advance of the meeting.
