If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements (Source: Mayo Clinic).

One to One Fitness instructor, Steve, will be coming to KSL for Tai Chi! This free session will be approximately 50 minutes long. All members of the campus community are invites, regardless of their familiarity with tai chi. This is a low-impact activity. While active wear might be more comfortable, tai chi can be performed in all types of clothing. There is no equipment needed to participate.
