This talk will delve into the art of tea-making, uncover the secrets of preparing herbal teas, and learn the graceful rituals that transform a cup of tea into a refined experience. Beth will be sharing her recipe for a delicious Wassail blend, perfect for the season!

Beth Schreibman Gehring is a passionate advocate for the enchanting rhythms of the seasons, embracing the green, the delicious, the growing, the beautiful, the magical, and the fragrant aspects of life. Wearing many hats, Beth is the publisher of the delightful City Wytch Secret Tea Society newsletter and the author of "Stirring the Senses: How to Fall Madly in Love with Your Life and Make Everyday a Day for Candles & Wine" (available on Amazon). Currently, she is weaving her magic into a forthcoming book titled "Vintage Roses for Beauty, Flavor, and Fragrance" and serves as the Education Chairman for the Western Reserve Herb Society.
