The mission of the LELS is to act as an organization that unifies students interested in labor and employment law issues on campus and upholds the following objectives: 1) fosters a welcoming community for interested students on campus; 2) involvement in the local Cleveland community; 3) educational opportunities regarding relevant industry topics; and 4) fostering a network of undergraduates, graduates, staff, and faculty in the labor and employment law field.
