The mission of the LTA is to enhance the community experience for Graduate Students and Post-Doctoral Trainees (hereafter referred to collectively as Trainees) within the Lerner Research Institute (LRI) of the Cleveland Clinic (CCF) in its affiliation with Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and others.
The organization should: 1) Organize and execute a series of events dedicated to promoting trainee-trainee interactions, as well as trainee-faculty interactions 2) Increase transparency and awareness regarding faculty and institution organization and decisions 3) Communicate with other trainee organizations to promote community building and inter-departmental collaborations to the benefit of the LRI and CWRU trainee community
