Learn how to directly influence change, help team-build, and manage conflicts to impact organizational success – no matter your industry! Join the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University for the keynote presentation of its Impact Series, featuring from Howard Guttman (LYS ’76, SAS ’77), author and founder of Guttman Development Strategies, who has advised global powerhouses such as Walmart, GlaxoSmithKline, Keurig and L'Oréal, as well as leading nonprofits including YMCA and City Harvest. Joining him are Marilynn Gardner, president and CEO of Chicago’s Navy Pier, Inc., and Christina Georgas, chief operating officer of The Kaleidoscope Group, for a thought-provoking discussion that will inspire you to think differently about leadership, strategy and impact. They will explore how key skills rooted in social work—emotional intelligence, systems thinking and process facilitation—can drive success in corporate leadership and organizational transformation. 2 Social Work CEUs are approved for in-person attendees only; complimentary parking and refreshments. Get a preview of Howard’s insights before the event! Check out his podcast, where he shares his expertise on high-performance organizations. Questions? Email mandelschoolevents@case.edu. Feel free to share with your networks as anyone interested in creating positive institutional change is welcome!
