Please join the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences' Advocating for Equity Spotlight Speaker Series and host Dr. Sherry Warren for a conversation with Mira Yusef. Mira Yusef is the Co Founder and Executive Director of Monsoon Asians & Pacific Islanders in Solidarity, an organization that provides services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking in Asian and Pacific Islander communities in Iowa. Mira Yusef is also the Co Founder and staff member of the National Organization of Asians & Pacific Islanders ending Sexual Violence, which provides technical assistance and training nationally and abroad.
