Agenda
Past Events
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Are you interested in learning more about how mindfulness can enhance the classroom experience for you and your students? Please consider registering for three training sessions offered for faculty, via Zoom, in December 2022 and January 2023. These sessions will educate those new to mindfulness and will provide the opportunity to deepen mindfulness practice for those that have been using those skills, for themselves and/or their students. Suzanne Rusnak, MEd, MSSA, will be our mindfulness instructor for these sessions. While each session will be recorded, we strongly encourage attendance at the "live" sessions as that will offer the best way to learn and grow in the use of mindfulness. Suzanne will also offer support sessions throughout the semester to facilitate faculty practice and to guide faculty expertise in working with students.
