Pet Registration Form: for residents bringing small pets, which require pre-approval.

Room Change Requests: any resident looking to move to a new room or building should submit this form. Please note that changes are not guaranteed when submitting a form. Changes are approved case-by-case and are dependent on room availability on-campus.

Suitemate Agreement: all residents should complete this form with their current suitemates. If you receive a new suitemate or move to another suite, you must submit a new agreement with the new suite/person.
