Join NAMI to commemorate the end of Black History Month (BHM) by learning about mental health literacy from the perspective of multiple Black authors! We'll be discussing the impact of BHM on Black mental health and excerpts from several books, including "72 Hour Hold" by Bebe Moore Campbell, "Before You Suffocate Your Own Fool Self" by Danielle Evans, and "Legacy: A Black Physician Reckons with Racism in Medicine" by Dr. Uché Blackstock. Delicious soul food from Comfort CLE and MATH 122 extra credit will be provided. We'll be introducing our new executive board for the 2026-2027 academic year as well. We hope to see you there!
