The way we communicate can be just as important as what we communicate, especially when we are talking about personal experiences and mental health. For this conversation, we are excited to have a moderated panel of students representing Nami on Campus, The Hidden Opponent and the Undergraduate Psychology Student Organization talk about their organizations and experiences.

After the panel, students will have the opportunity through guided discussion to explore how to listen to understand rather than simply respond, communicate honestly about difficult experiences, and practice navigating conversations that bring up strong emotions.
