Join Dr. Megan Holmes on October 29 from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. for an interactive session on understanding the Well-Being Leadership framework, a neuroscience- and trauma-informed approach to leadership that helps leaders create cultures grounded in trust, connection, psychological safety, and sustainable well-being.

This lecture is part of a year-long theme reimagining belonging as something we create together. Through speakers, panels and engaging conversations, participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen collaboration, build meaningful connections, and lead positive changes across the Case Western Reserve University community.
