Join a virtual Information Session with SDI staff to learn more about how SDI works with workplaces, communities, and schools to address conflicts and improve culture.
This session will provide an introduction to the Sustained Dialogue process, which is a five-stage dialogue to action process for building relationships and creating community change. The Sustained Dialogue process was first developed by Dr. Harold (Hal) Saunders, based on his work in international peace negotiations. In 1999, students on college campuses first began working with Hal to adapt the Sustained Dialogue process to address identity related conflicts on college campuses.
Join this information session to learn more about the Sustained Dialogue process and about how it might be useful for your workplace, school, or community.
